NASCA recently submitted comments to the National Ocean Council (NOC) in response to Coastl and marine Spatial Planning (CMSP). This submittal affirms NASCA's commitment to cooperative and
beneficial utilization of limited coastal and marine resources, and continued access to these resources for submarine telecom cables. The NASCA submittal can be found in the library section
